Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large bell pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    7 oz. spaghetti
    lemon and pepper sauce to taste
    grated red rind hoop cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat; drain.
    Cook spaghetti; drain.
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Put grated cheese on spaghetti at each serving melted in microwave.
