Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
16 oz. can frozen apple juice
6 c. sliced apples
1 two crust pastry
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup juice.
Combine with juice in small saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Stir in apples and coat well.
Put in pie crust.
Sprinkle with spice and top with remaining crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
