Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. hot milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour (all-purpose)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Divide into small amounts (4 to 5).
    Roll out on floured surface.
    Fill circles with favorite filling.
    Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
    Makes 4 to 5 pies.
