Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    5 to 6 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1 stick melted butter
    1 can celery soup
    pinch of sage
Preparation
    Combine corn meal, flour, baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar, if desired.
    Add milk and oil with eggs to dry mixture.
    Mix thoroughly and pour into heavily-greased baking pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Cool and crumble. Combine with remaining ingredients and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
