Ingredients

1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat sugars, margarine, peanut butter, vanilla and egg in medium bowl with wooden spoon until creamy and well blended.
Mix flour, oats, baking soda and salt.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown in a 350\u00b0 oven.
