Pistachio-Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 medium fresh mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    7 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    about 1/2 c. pistachios, shelled and finely chopped (you should end up with 1/4 c. after chopping)
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Remove stems from mushrooms; finely chop stems.
    In a skillet, saute stems and onion in 4 tablespoons butter until tender.
    Add all other ingredients except remaining butter and mix well.
    Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
    Place stuffed mushrooms on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Melt remaining 3 tablespoons butter and drizzle over mushrooms.
    Bake for 5 minutes or until hot.
