Mary'S Egg Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in large bowl until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff.
    Add chocolate chips and nuts.
    Drop by teaspoonful onto large brown paper bags placed on cookie sheets.
    (Do not grease bag.)
    Cook for 1 hour at 275\u00b0. Turn off oven and don't open door until cool.
    Works best if let sit in oven overnight.
