Mushroom Country Style Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. flour
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. water
6 cubed steaks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Combine salt, pepper and flour; roll steak in mixture.
Brown in butter.
Meanwhile, heat soup and water in saucepan.
Remove steak to baking dish.
Reserve excess butter and steak drippings in pan.
Pour mushroom soup in frying pan with drippings and stir. Pour this over steak and cover.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove cover and bake 15 minutes more.
