Very Veggie Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stewing beef
    2 diced potatoes
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 medium can pork and beans
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    dash of oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Stew beef until tender.
    Add raw vegetables and cook until tender.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes to one hour.
    You may substitute left over roast for stew meat if desired.
    You may also add any other left over vegetables you desire.
