Cut Glass Candies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
few drops food coloring
1/2 c. light corn syrup
dash of salt
4 to 6 drops oil (cinnamon, wintergreen, peppermint)
Preparation

Combine sugar, syrup, water and salt.
Bring to boiling.
Cook to hard crack stage (290\u00b0).
Add coloring and flavoring.
Mix. Pour into pan.
Cool.
Break into pieces.
