Guacamole Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes gelatin
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    4 medium avocados, mashed
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute.
    Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in lemon juice, salt, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce.
    In large bowl, use wire whip or beater.
    Combine gelatin mixture with avocados; stir in onion. Pour into a 5-cup ring mold or individual molds.
    Chill until firm.
    Serve as an appetizer salad or cracker spread.
