Fat-Free Carrot Apple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. Egg Beaters
1 large apple, peeled, cored and grated
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 c. applesauce
Preparation

Process ingredients in a food processor or you may mix by hand until well blended. Then add 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 cup crushed and drained pineapple.
Bake in muffin tins at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
