Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1 egg
    1 onion
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Mix together and make into meatballs.
    Put meatballs into frypan and brown on all sides.
    Add the tomato soup and equal amounts of water.
    Simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
