Smoky Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 1/2 lb. whole chicken
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 green onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
    2 Tbsp. white cooking wine (or water)
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp. dried ginger
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a cooking bag.
    Rinse chicken and remove any giblets and organs.
    Place chicken in cooking bag and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
    Turn at least once.
    Place chicken in the bag in a glass baking dish.
    Cut 4 to 6 slits in the top of the bag.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours depending on the size of the chicken.
    Serve hot or cold.
