Ida'S Golden Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt or salt substitute
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 large egg, beaten with fork, in cup filled to 1/2 c. with milk
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mixing with fork thoroughly.
Turn out onto pastry board; knead 8 times.
Roll dough to 1/2-inch thick; cut to size you want.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
Makes about one dozen biscuits.
