Egg Noodles For Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 egg yolks
    1 egg
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Make a well in center of flour; add egg yolks, egg and salt. Mix thoroughly.
    Mix in water 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough is stiff but easy to roll.
    Divide dough in four equal parts, roll dough one part at a time unto paper thin rectangles on well floured board.
    Cut in strips for narrow noodles.
    Put on towel until dry, about 2 hours.
    Use as needed.
    Freeze what you don't use.
