Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. shallots
    1/4 c. bell peppers
    1/4 c. celery
    1 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
