Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cooked and diced
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    3 hard boiled eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1/3 c. sliced green olives with pimentos
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, cheese, onion, eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Top with bacon and olives. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-60 minutes. Less cheese can be used, and this recipe can be stored for several days in the refrigerator. It is also good warmed over.
