Spicy Turkey Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. mild salsa or picante sauce
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's Country Inn brand rice dishes, green bean with almond casserole
    1/4 c. coarsely chopped cilantro
Preparation
    Combine turkey, egg white, 1/4 cup of the salsa, bread crumbs and salt; mix well.
    Shape into meatballs about 3/4 inch in diameter and set aside.
    Combine broth, water, remaining salsa and contents of rice and seasoning packets in large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add meatballs.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 8 minutes.
    Ladle into soup bowls.
    Sprinkle with cilantro.
