Pink Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 apples
1/2 c. water

Preparation

Wash and core apples.
Cut apples into large chunks.
Mix apples and water and put in glass dish.
Cook in microwave on High for 10 minutes.
Push apples through strainer.
Add sugar if wanted.
