Island Shrimp And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spinach noodles
    2 to 3 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/2 c. butter, clarified
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
    4 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Prepare noodles according to package directions.
    Line a casserole with noodles and form into a nest.
    In a large skillet, saute shrimp in clarified butter until pink, about 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cover noodles with shrimp.
    Combine soup, sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard; add chives and sherry.
    Pour sauce over shrimp and top with shredded cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly.
    Yields 6 servings.
