Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 small cans Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 gal. milk
Preparation
    Combine eggs, cream, salt, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix with a hand mixer.
    Pour into ice cream freezer.
    Add condensed milk and stir well.
    Churn in freezer as per instructions.
    Makes 4 quarts.
