Hopple Popple Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs mixed (okay to use egg substitute)
    2 cut-up tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. summer sausage, cut up
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together and put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Can be made the night before.
    Layer Swiss cheese on top.
    Serves 12.
