Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. caraway seed or less to suit your taste
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter
1 1/2 c. buttermilk (more if necessary)
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
Cut up butter and rub it in with your fingers.
Add the milk and eggs (beaten) until a nice smooth consistency.
Knead lightly on a floured surface and shape. Bake at 375\u00b0 for one hour (depending on your oven).
