Ranee Csigay'S English Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. walnut meats, ground
    1 lb. milk chocolate (Cadbury, Lindt or Tobler)*, grated
    1 lb. butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    5 1/2 oz. walnut meats, finely chopped
Preparation
    *Freezing chocolate makes grating easier.
