Baked Seafood Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 c. chopped green onions
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 can shrimp, drained
    1 can crabmeat
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. tomato juice
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice; stir in all ingredients and place in 2-quart casserole.
    Top with cheese and bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
