Quick Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can mixed fruits in extra lite syrup or sliced pears or peaches
Preparation
    Freeze can until solid.
    Place under hot water 1 minute.
    Open can; put chunks in blender until sherbet consistency.
    Return to freezer if necessary until time to serve.
    Makes 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
