Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peeled, chopped zucchini, drained and mashed
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
    1 can Milnot
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend in blender.
    Pour into uncooked pie shell.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes.
