Mexican Butterball Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
Preparation
    Cream together first 3 ingredients.
    Sift flour, cocoa, salt and coffee together.
    Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed ingredients; blend in nuts if desired.
    Shape into balls, walnut size.
    Bake 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Dust with powdered sugar while warm.
