Aunt Polly'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    2 medium eggs
    1 lb. pumpkin
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pans.
    Sift flour with salt, soda, powder and spices.
    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
    Add pumpkin and mix well.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
