Mississippi Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. creamed corn
    2 medium eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 carton sour cream
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Bake in an iron skillet at 425\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes.
