Breakfast Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (12 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 Eckrich Smok-Y-Links, sliced
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Using a large skillet, brown the potatoes in melted butter. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in sausage and green pepper.
    Beat the eggs until light.
    Pour over mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are thickened but still moist. Makes 4 servings.
