Pepper Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless, beef round steak, cut into thin strips
    1 medium green bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 medium red pepper, cut up
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, sliced
    3 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. beef flavor
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In a large skillet heat oil.
    Add beef.
    Cook until browned. Stir in next 4 ingredients.
    Stir-fry 5 minutes.
    Add hot water, beef flavor and soy sauce.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
