Bul-Go-Ki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef or flank steak, pork or chicken
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. wine or cooking wine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Marinate the meat in the ingredients for 1 hour, stirring the meat at least twice during marination.
