Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter and cheese.
    Add soup and sour cream; mix with potatoes.
    Put in large baking dish.
    Cover with crushed cracker crumbs.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Chunks of ham may be added.
