Fruit Cookie Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 butter or margarine, softened
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 to 2 c. prepared instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. fruit (kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
Preparation

In medium bowl beat together sugars and butter until light and creamy.
Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Gradually blend into butter mixture until moistened.
Press dough evenly into 12-inch pizza pan.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove and cool.
Spread with the pudding, leaving 1 inch all around the edge.
Arrange fruit decoratively on the pudding.
