Sour Cream Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. narrow noodles
    1 1/2 lb. ground round beef
    1 Tbsp. melted oleo (butter)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (14 oz.) jar Italian sauce or spaghetti sauce
    1 carton cream-style cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. chopped green onions or regular onions
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Saute beef in oleo.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic salt; stir.
    Add Italian sauce and stir.
    Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
