Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda and salt.
    Stir in buttermilk and well beaten egg yolks.
    Mix well.
    Add melted butter and beat until smooth.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Beat egg whites until stiff (not dry). Fold into batter very gently (if batter is too thick, add a small amount of buttermilk).
