Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. chicken or pork or beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. bean sprouts, drained
    salt and pepper (optional)
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Blend flour and meat in skillet until meat is browned.
    Combine onion and celery, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes.
    Add water, salt, pepper and soy sauce.
    Mix thoroughly to a boil (or when veggies are softened), then add bean sprouts.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Serve over chow mein noodles.
