Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    3 beaten eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Mix and put in Bundt cake pan and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Eat with cream cheese or frost with cream cheese frosting.
