Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
2 fresh tomatoes, sliced
1 c. water
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 (10 oz.) cans chopped clams, drained and rinsed
salt, pepper and oregano to taste
Preparation

Heat oil; saute garlic.
Add tomatoes.
Cook until tender, but so tomatoes retain some shape.
Add water, seasonings and parsley. Add clams.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve warm over 1 pound thin linguine or capellini.
