Creme Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. Crisco
    4 eggs
    2 small boxes pudding and pie filling
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Bring water and Crisco to boil\tand add flour and salt. Keep stirring until it won't stick
    to
    pan,
    about
    1 minute; cool. Add
    eggs, one at a
    time,\tbeating
    after\teach
    one. Grease cookie sheet; put heaping
    teaspoon
    of dough on sheet. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Remove from cookie sheet.
    Cut top off baked dough; fill with
    cooked
    custard.\tPut top back on and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
