Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, sliced thin
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano or marjoram
    pepper to taste
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients together.
    Put into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake for 25 minutes.
    Cool.
    Makes about 4 dozen appetizers after slicing.
