Baked Potato Skins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large baking potatoes
3 to 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 1/4 tsp. finely ground pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
commercial sour cream
Preparation

Scrub potatoes thoroughly and prick several times with a fork. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Allow to cool to touch. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Carefully scoop out pulp, leaving about 1/4-inch thick shells, reserving pulp for other uses.
