Chinese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (or 1 head) cabbage, shredded
    8 green onions
    2 to 3 pkg. romaine noodles, broken (uncooked)
Preparation
    Saut 1/2 or 1 cup sesame seeds, and 1/2 to 1 cup slivered almonds and add to mixture.
