Lea Ann'S Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet.
    Season with salt and pepper; set aside.
    Combine soup, milk and sour cream.
    Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.
    Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch pan (spray with Pam).
    Arrange pork chops over potatoes, Bake, covered, for 40 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 more minutes.
