Anchovy And Cottage Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    3 anchovies, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. capers, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. chives, chopped fine
Preparation
    Put cottage cheese through a sieve.
    Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Chill for 1 hour before serving.
