Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cubed bread *
    2 c. cooked sausage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 eggs
    4 c. milk
    8 oz. cheese
Preparation
    Place bread cubes in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cook sausage, then place on top of bread evenly.
    Mix together eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper.
    Pour this over bread and sausage evenly.
    Top with 8 ounces shredded cheese.
    Cover with foil.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
