Nana'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    6 eggs
    1 c. whipping cream
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Sift flour and add slowly to mixture, beating constantly. Add cream (not whipped) and vanilla.
    Grease and flour tube pan. Put cake in cold oven and set at 325\u00b0.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
