Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, cut up
1 small onion, chopped
1 can celery soup
1 tsp. salt
1 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. hot chicken broth
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Brown rice and onion in butter.
Spread rice mixture in buttered pan. Add soup and broth. Place chicken on top of rice and broth mixture. Cover in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish tightly and bake for 1 hour. Remove cover. Bake 15 minutes more. Serves 6 to 8.
